Breakthrough Training for Multi-Channel Merchants

We now offer customized training and workshops in key areas specifically designed for multi-channel merchants. In this Fundamentals of Merchandising Profitability series, workshop participants will learn industry best practices to boost ROI and gain the skills required in today's challenging business environment.

The workshops are divided into three phases to facilitate training based on what your organization needs most. Phase 1 includes a comprehensive assessment of the organization with the objective of determining a prioritized hierarchy of what you would like to see improved. This information-gathering phase is key to providing you with customized training sessions (Phase 2) and a dynamic hands-on implementation workshop (Phase 3). Each phase is highly interactive and intensive. We guarantee that your organization will benefit immediately and participants will be better equipped to face challenges with confidence.
